INITIAL INVESTMENT DETAILS

An approximate investment of Rs 12 Lakhs
will be needed as per following: 
a) Furniture, interior work, partitions, brochure 
b) Buying musical instruments for class room setup

GOODWILL AMOUNT

Rs 3 Lakhs is the one-time non-refundable franchisee fee or Goodwill amount to be paid by cheque payable to GEETANJALI HARMONICA INSTITUTE OF MUSIC in Bangalore.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Refundable Security Deposit of Rs.3 Lakhs.

MONTHLY RENTALS/ROYALTY FEES SLAB

Rs.10,000 – for First 6 Months
 Rs.15,000 – from 7th Month TO 30th Month 
Rs.20,000 – 31ST Month Onwards.

PLAN OF FRANCHISEE LOCATION, AREA, OWNERSHIP/RENTAL

Location shall be anywhere in India. Minimum Required Area is 1200 TO 1500 Sq. ft. The Franchisee location may be either Owned or on Rental Basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) TENURE – The Tenure of the the franchisee agreement is for a minimum of 5 Years. 
b) Fore-Closure Notice – 6 Month Notice Period 
c) EXCLUSIVE TERRITORIAL RIGHTS – within 10 KMS RADIUS from another franchisee of GHIM.
